Created through the lens of Internal Family Systems and guided by lived experience, this practice supports you in connecting with Self energy. This calm, curious, compassionate presence already lives within you. It is a return to the quiet intelligence of your body, the wisdom of your breath, and the healing power of being with yourself as you are.
This is not a one-time listen. It is a living practice. Each time you return, a new layer may reveal itself. Some days, you may feel a sense of spaciousness. On other days, you may meet resistance or numbness. All of it belongs. All of it is welcome.
