There is no set order for listening to the meditations. Begin by placing a hand on your heart or belly, taking a few slow breaths, and asking yourself what part of you needs the most love today. Trust whatever feeling, emotion, or sensation arises. If nothing feels clear, read the meditation descriptions and notice which ones stir a tender response or quiet resistance. These are often signs of what is ready to be met. The meditation you are drawn to is enough.
Listening once can offer insight, but repetition creates lasting change. Daily or near-daily practice strengthens new neural pathways and helps the nervous system feel safe. You might repeat the same meditation for several days to deepen your connection with a specific part. Some prefer one meditation a day, gently rotated every few days. Others choose a longer weekly practice with shorter sessions in between. You can also revisit specific meditations during moments of stress or emotional intensity. Healing is not about performance or completion. It is a return to presence, again and again. Let it become part of your rhythm.
