You already know what an unhealthy relationship feels like.

Tension, confusion, walking on eggshells, trying to be enough, overgiving, and still feeling unseen or unheard.

But what does a healthy relationship feel like?
What does it mean to be connected without losing yourself, to speak your truth without fear, to trust without control?

That is what this one-day workshop is all about.

RECLAIM YOUR RELATIONSHIP

Imagine…

  • Feeling calm and confident in your relationships.
  • Knowing how to express what you need and still feel close.
  • Recognising safety not by what someone says, but by how your body feels.
This is the art of healthy relationships, and it begins with one conscious choice to learn what love can truly be.

A Day to Discover What Healthy Love Really Feels Like

Most people were never taught how to build emotionally safe and balanced relationships.
We learn about warning signs and red flags, but rarely about the green ones, the markers of safety, respect, and mutual care.

In The Art of Healthy Connection, you’ll learn to recognise, feel, and practise what makes relationships thrive.

This is not theory. It is an experiential day designed to help you sense safety in your body, hear your truth with compassion, and begin relating from a place of clarity instead of fear.

Hi, I’m Angela

I will guide you through The Art of Healthy Connection, a one-day experiential workshop designed to help you understand and embody the qualities of truly conscious relationships.

I am an Internal Family Systems therapist with over 30 years of experience in trauma recovery, somatic embodiment, and soul-led healing. My approach weaves together the Internal Family Systems model, Polyvagal Theory, the neurobiology of trauma, and quantum principles of coherence and transformation.

This work is deeply influenced by the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Richard C. Schwartz, Dr. Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, blending evidence-based science with embodied awareness to support genuine relational healing.

The Art of Healthy Connection is where awareness meets embodiment, where safety becomes felt, and where love becomes a practice of truth and compassion.

This is your invitation

Can you sense the part of you that is tired of confusion and ready for calm, honest connection?
Begin your journey towards relationships that feel safe, balanced, and real.

Step 1: Recognise the Difference

Begin by noticing how your body feels in the relationship and learn to distinguish the familiar pull of unhealthy patterns from the calm presence of safety and respect.
Awareness is the first act of self-leadership.

Step 2: Reclaim Your Internal Clarity

Discover your voice, your boundaries, and your needs, not as demands, but as expressions of truth. You’ll learn how to communicate clearly and stay connected, even in discomfort.

Step 3: Redefine What Love Feels Like

Experience what a healthy relationship truly feels like: balanced, grounded, and mutual and leave with tools, language to create relationships that honour both closeness and independence.

The Art of Healthy Connection Begins Here

Let us walk this gentle path together, a path of understanding, safety, and belonging.

A soft remembering of what it feels like to be seen, heard, and held without losing yourself.

Walls soften. Truth steadies. The heart opens to balance.

Parts once guarding, now listening. The body begins to trust again.

Somatic awareness anchors the breath. Presence becomes the bridge.

IFS invites you inward. Self-energy lights the way.
Attunement replaces anxiety. Honesty replaces confusion.

This is a sanctuary for the one who has loved too hard, given too much, or forgotten their own centre.
Here, you will remember that connection can be calm, communication can be kind, and love can be safe.

The nervous system settles. The voice strengthens.
Boundaries become invitations, not walls.

This is The Art of Healthy Connection.
This is the felt experience of safety in love.
This is the return to your Self

Begin Where You Are

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin. Healing starts not with certainty but with curiosity, a quiet readiness to see, to feel, and to learn. This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself with compassion and to discover, step by step, what healthy connection truly feels like. Every breath, every moment of awareness, is enough.
