Relational Release

A collection of sacred meditations called The Soft Unbinding, each one offering a brief insight into the emotional healing it supports, from grief and fear to self-belief and ancestral release.

How to Choose and How Often to Listen

There is no set order to The Soft Unbinding meditations, choose intuitively, listen consistently, and let your practice become a sacred return to the parts of you most in need of care:

Place a hand on your heart or belly, take a few breaths, and ask, ā€œWhat part of me needs love today?ā€

Trust the meditation that feels tender, persistent, or even slightly uncomfortable

Read the descriptions and choose what resonates in the moment

Repeat meditations for several days to build safety and deepen connection

Regular listening supports emotional regulation and nervous system healing

A gentle rhythm may include:

One meditation weekly

One meditation daily, repeated for a few days

Returning to key meditations during times of stress or change

There is no rush and no right way.

Let presence guide you. Let the practice unfold.

What Changes When You Keep Listening

When you listen to The Soft Unbinding regularly, you are not just meditating, you are gently rewiring your nervous system, deepening inner trust, and returning to the Self that has always known how to heal:

  • You feel calmer and more settled in your body

  • Anxiety, inner criticism, and reactivity begin to soften

  • You make clearer decisions with more self-trust

  • You feel greater compassion for the parts of you shaped by pain

  • A deeper sense of inner safety and belonging emerges

  • You reconnect with your intuition, your soul, and your sacred centre

This is not just listening.
This is the soft unbinding.
And it begins with presence.
