There is no set order to The Soft Unbinding meditations, choose intuitively, listen consistently, and let your practice become a sacred return to the parts of you most in need of care:
Place a hand on your heart or belly, take a few breaths, and ask, āWhat part of me needs love today?ā
Trust the meditation that feels tender, persistent, or even slightly uncomfortable
Read the descriptions and choose what resonates in the moment
Repeat meditations for several days to build safety and deepen connection
Regular listening supports emotional regulation and nervous system healing
A gentle rhythm may include:
One meditation weekly
One meditation daily, repeated for a few days
Returning to key meditations during times of stress or change
There is no rush and no right way.

Letting Go of Parents
A practice to release unmet expectations, inherited pain, and emotional entanglements, not with resentment, but with compassion. This meditation invites you to honour what was, grieve what was not, and create space for the love that now lives within you.
The Ancestral Altar
This practice supports the release of ancestral burdens that your body and nervous system may still be carrying. Through breath, presence, and spiritual connection, it helps you return what is not yours to hold and receive support from those who came before you.


The Threads That Remain
This meditation honours the complex grief of estrangement. Whether the relationship faded, fractured, or was never safe, it helps you acknowledge what was lost while gently reclaiming your energy and belonging.

This practice meets the sacred ache of grief with tenderness. It gently reveals the love, hope, and life still pulsing beneath the pain, allowing you to feel held in your sorrow while reconnecting with your own light.
