Our policy regarding refunds is that we do not offer them. Once payment has been made for the training, participants are expected to attend as scheduled. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, such as health reasons, participants may be permitted to transfer to a future workshop. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
